Output at Chinese Ferrosilicon Producers Rose 5.3% in September From A Year Earlier

According to the data center, Chinese ferrosilicon producers produced 429,050 tons in September 2019, down 2.6% from 440,500 tons last month. Year-over-year production was 407,400 tons, up 5.3%.

In September 2019, the output of Inner Mongolia ferrosilicon producers was 147,100 tons, down 1.5% month-on-month and up 0.5% year-on-year. The output of qinghai ferrosilicon producer was 117,200 tons, down 5.5% on the previous month and up 22.1% on the previous year. The output of ningxia ferrosilicon producers was 83,000 tons, up 1.2% month-on-month and down 11.5% year-on-year.
